Ideal for Family Cooking

Ideal for hearty casseroles, warming chillies and authentic curries, this slow cooker has a generous 3.5 litre capacity and holds up to 4 portions, making it ideal for cooking for family and friends.

Easy to Clean

A removable pot makes this slow cooker easy to clean after use, making it practical to maintain as well as use.

Apple and Cinnamon Oats

  1. Set your slow cooker to LOW, add a teaspoon of coconut oil and allow to melt.
  2. Add one peeled, diced apple and sprinkle generously with half a teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and a pinch of salt and add 125g oatmeal on top.
  3. Pour in 500ml almond milk and 250ml water, cover the lid and cook for 8 hours. Enjoy with a drizzle of maple syrup.

Thai Red Turkey Curry

  1. Heat a small amount of oil in a sauté pan and lightly sauté the turkey for 1 minute. Remove the pan from heat, drain the mean in a colander and transfer to your Slow Cooker.
  2. Add 1 garlic clove, 4 sliced spring onions, 1 red pepper, 2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste, juice from 1 lime and 2 tablespoons brown sugar to the crock pot, stir to combine and cook on low for 2.5 hours.
  3. After the cooking time has elapsed, turn the slow cooker to HIGH, add the coconut milk and cooker for a further 30 minutes, occasionally stirring to prevent sticking.

Crunchy Chocolate Cake

  1. Melt 200g cooking chocolate and 120g butter in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk 3 large eggs and 140g sugar until the whole lot whitens. In the same bowl, fold the chocolate mix into the eggs, add in 30g flour and 25g crushed almonds and mix into a smooth paste.
  3. Place a few sheets of absorbent baking paper at the bottom of the slow cooker crockpot and pour the mixture on top. Cook on HIGH for 10 minutes and then reduce to LOW and cook for a further 1 hour 20 minutes.

Mulled Wine

  1. Place half a bottle of mulled wine, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cloves, 50g brown sugar, 2 star anise, 1 sliced orange and 1 sliced lemon into your slow cooker and cook on LOW for 1-2 hours until warm.
  2. To serve, pour the mulled wine into heatproof glasses.
