Bought this to make veggie sausages but I’ve not got round to it yet. However I have discovered that it makes freezing mashed potato at home possible. Squeeze your mash onto parchment paper in a lidded tub, I did several layers. When they’re frozen, take them off the paper and put into a freezer bag to save space. In a 900w microwave, 2-3 handfuls takes about 5 minutes to reheat. Just like the frozen mash you can buy. I think it’s because the potato is pressed tight that makes it work, whereas just freezing mash doesn’t.
